A friendly welcome by Nick, not hassling you with anything. Ask if he could look for certain cars with a suitable budget but didn't find anything as time went on.
Had a phone call to look at a car that was traded in to see if I was interested ended up buying it. Full mot, service warranty etc. Nothing was too much trouble for Nick, easy to get on with no hard sales pitch. Couldn't believe how th car was presented in day of purchase. New car mat new plates well valeted. Will definitely recommend people to take a look at his stock and will be going there when wife decides to change her car.

I was unable to pick up the car when I arrived from the airport late in the afternoon so I was given a replacement car. I travelled from Redditch to South Wales to see the car I wanted to look at, with the hope of buying it and part exchanging my vehicle. The fiesta I viewed was beautiful and had been cleaned and presented to perfection.
Nick, the owner of Lodge Autos Direct was welcoming, kind and caring. He wasn't pushy at all like I have found other sales people to be in the past. The process of part exchanging my vehicle and purchasing the fiesta was as smooth as anything! He explained everything in detail and was clearly very knowledgeable within his trade. Customer service was outstanding and the car came with free AA cover for 12 months and a warranty on the car was also given.
This particular sales garage go above and beyond for their customers"¦ to them it isn't just about making additional cash. It's about empathy, understanding, customer support including after sales care too. People are so often quick to criticise bad experiences, but we forget to praise excellent experiences. Great service. Our family car was written off with an ECU failure on the Friday, had a new motor from Lodge on the Thursday. After AutoTrader's partnered finance company (Zuto) started chopping and changing deposits (that were initially advertised as zero!), Nick pointed us in the direction of a local business, Hawkstone, who were also fantastic.

The owner/sales manager was a very polite courteous and likeable person who had an exemplary skill in customer relationships and put me at ease without pressuring me into a quick sale. The vehicle i had in mind to purchase for my grandson was of high specification and drove superbly during the complimentary test drive.Furthermore his fleet of second hand vehicles was very impressive and he appeared to have a good eye for choosing vehicles for onward sale to the public.Unfortunately for me a sale did not materialize due to my naivety being a pensioner for providing insurance for teenage drivers otherwise a sale would have the order of the day.There was no problem with the return of my deposit.I would recommend any person to view his second hand vehicles with the intention of a purchase as you would not be disappointed with the product or transactions.The company appears to be well managed.

They say you should never trust a used car salesman.. well nick from Lodge autos direct blows this theory out of the water .I purchased a jaguar f pace from them yesterday. And I must say I'm thrilled . My situation was I'm from the wirral 3.5 hours away so I couldn't really get to see the car first . So I bought on trust . I phoned about it and got nick . I explained my situation and I must . Nick made the whole process seamless .
